I don't know which ROITMANS are related to him. The only clues I have are that he had brothers, and that at least one of his brothers or uncles was a blind cantor. Description: My paternal grandfather was born in Karpineny (now Carpineni), Bessarabia (now Moldova) on 18 Feb 1881. His father's name was Isaac Moses ROITMAN and his mother's name was Toba SKOLNIK. |
