My grandmother Cipa (Tsipa) Wasserman (nee Katzev ?) (Âàññåðìàí Öèïà Ñîëîìîíîâíà) was born in Belz, Bessarabia about 1889. Cipa’s mother is Katzev Esterditel (f.Gersh) (Êàöåâà Ýñòåðäèòåëü Ãåðøåâíà) died in 1949 in age old 85 in Barnaul, Russia. Cipa’s father is Solomon (Shlomo). Shlomo and Esterditel were married and lived in Belz, Bessarabia. They had two daughters – Cipa and Leah. Cipa was married with Litman (Leonti) Wasserman (b.1883 in Belorussia f. Mordechai) and lived in Belz. Their first daughter Polina (Perl) was born in 1914 in Belz. Between 1914 and 1917 the family moved to Irkutsk, Russia. My grandfather Wasserman Litman M. shouted by KGB in 1937.
