Most of their children emigrated to the US in the early 1900s, ending up in New York -- Brooklyn, Bronx, and Manhattan. One emigrated to South America, ending up in Venezuela. Rabbi Aron and Rebbetzin Chana Sara lived until sometime before WWII. At least one did not leave Europe, and her daughter (married name: Gnipel) moved to Israel in the late 1960s or early 1970s, living in Pardess Chana. |
